Please report a baggage delay immediately to a Baggage Service Agent at the arrival airport. If you are unable to do so while at the airport, and travelled with WestJet, you can submit a baggage report within 12 hours of your arrival at https://www.westjet.com/en-ca/baggage/lost-delayed-damaged. If possible, please report the damage immediately to a Baggage Services Agent at the arrival airport. If you notice the damage after leaving the airport, you can create a baggage report within 5 days of your arrival at https://www.westjet.com/en-ca/baggage/lost-delayed-damaged. Alternatively you can bring your damaged baggage to the baggage services office in your arrival airport within 7 days of receiving it. You must ensure that the baggage tag is still attached to your baggage for your claim to be accepted.
