• One-time changes: Make a one-time change to your travel dates, destination, room category or occupancy without change fees, up to seven (7) days before departure.

• Free name change: Modify the guests on your booking once, up to seven (7) days before travel, with no name-change fee.

• Full cancellation protection:
  ◦ Cancel 21 or more days before departure for a full refund to your original form of payment.
  ◦ Cancel three (3) to seven (7) days before departure and receive a 100% WestJet Vacations future travel credit (guidelines vary by destination).

• Weather worry-free guarantee: If WestJet issues a hurricane or tropical storm advisory for your destination and travel dates, you may change or cancel your trip up to two (2) hours before departure with no fees.
