If reported to us and determined to be a possible outbreak of an illness at a hotel, we proactively investigate the circumstances with the hotel supplier. We will continue to monitor any increase in such cases being reported. Should an outbreak or illness occur, WestJet Vacations works diligently with our destination team and the hotel to mitigate any future occurrences . This includes requesting the supplier put additional hygiene procedures in place to prevent the spread of illness in the resort, and providing guests the option to book alternate accommodations should it be deemed necessary.
