Dorado Seafood & Grill Scheduled renovations will take place from April 7 to June 15, 2026. During this time, Grazie Italian Trattoria will serve as the dedicated adults-only restaurant, exclusively available to Royalton Hideaway guests for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests of Royalton Hideaway will continue to enjoy the Book 1, Enjoy 2 offering, providing access to additional dining venues, facilities, and services throughout the wider Royalton Saint Lucia resort. To support a seamless experience for all guests, Grazie will also feature a convenient takeaway pizza station available throughout the day, while the Gourmet Marché International Buffet will offer enhanced Italian selections during lunch and dinner. Grazie Italian Trattoria Enhancement works are scheduled from May 28 to July 31, 2026, during which time the restaurant will be temporarily closed. Italian-inspired cuisine will continue to be available at the Gourmet Marché International Buffet, including two themed Italian evenings per week. Guests can also enjoy a casual takeaway pizza offering from Grazie’s dedicated station throughout the day. Alternative Dining Options Throughout the enhancement period, dinner service will remain available at several signature restaurants, including: • Gourmet Marché International Buffet • Armadillo Tex-Mex Cuisine • Calypso West Indies Cuisine • Hunter Steakhouse • Zen Japanese Cuisine All renovation work will be conducted in phases and carefully managed to minimize any disruption. Resort services, amenities, and overall operations will continue as usual, with thoughtfully arranged dining alternatives ensuring a diverse and enjoyable culinary experience.
