Please be advised the Royalton CHIC Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort – Adults Only, will undergo a refurbishment of the Level 18 Rooftop Cabana Lounge pool. Beginning May 4, 2026, an enhancement process will take place with a full reopening by June 15, 2026. All activities have been thoughtfully scheduled and managed to minimize disruption while maintaining the overall flow of the guest experience. As an outdoor venue, the project has been carefully structured in phases, select sections of the pool will be temporarily taken out of service at a time, allowing other areas to remain available throughout the process while minimizing visibility and preserving the overall atmosphere. All activities are being managed with strict safety measures and thoughtful coordination to maintain the vibrant energy that defines Level 18. During this period, guests will continue to enjoy the full Level 18 Rooftop Cabana Lounge experience, including access to pool cabanas, the restaurant and bar, and ongoing vibrant entertainment programming. In addition, all other resort amenities, including alternative pool areas, dining venues, and entertainment spaces, will remain fully operational, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
