- A Government of Quintana Roo environmental tax ranging from $1-7 USD* per person per night is to be paid locally to the hotel. *Subject to change.
There is currently enhancement work occurring on the Punta Vista rooftop pool for Turquoize guests at Hyatt Ziva Cancun. The pool is temporarily closed and completion is expected in early December.
Please note the following important information during this time:
- All private events, including weddings, will take place as scheduled and without disruption.
- The bar, restrooms, and jacuzzis in the Punta Vista area will remain closed until the pool reopens.
- The Infinity Pool located in front of the theater will be available exclusively to Turquoize guests as a temporary measure.
From now until November 22, 2025, the Club Tower terrace will undergo scheduled maintenance and Bar del Mar will be closed. A satellite bar will be just steps away, so guests can continue enjoying the Club Tower pool without any inconvenience. The work will take place daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
All efforts will be made to minimize any impact to guests during this time.
