Several enhancements are underway at Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana, with an expected completion date of December 15, 2025. All renovation work will be completed in a phased approach with steps being taken to ensure the guest experience is not affected.
Work includes a new second-story fitness center, currently being developed above the resort’s existing parking lot and renovations to the main lobby, including the front desk, restrooms, Coco Café, and the Preferred Club Concierge area.
Throughout the duration of the front desk renovations, which are expected to begin September 12, 2025, the check-in area will be temporarily relocated to the main plaza of Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana or the Preferred Club Lounge.
Beginning September 12, 2025, Oceana restaurant will be transformed to a French restaurant. The total number of Food & Beverage offerings will not be impacted with the Oceana menu offered on alternating nights at Tres Colores and the Fusion restaurant terrace. Please note that availability may vary, and some nights the menu will not be available for guests.For guest safety, the areas under maintenance, and renovation projects, will be clearly marked and secured. The nature of the work does not involve disruptive activities. All efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.
