- The Sunshine Hotel & Suites is pleased to announce the re-opening of its newly renovated guestrooms as of late November 2025. The resort swimming pool is now fully operational and available for guest enjoyment.
As final enhancements to the property continue, the Sunshine Grill Restaurant remains temporarily closed, with an anticipated reopening date of May 1, 2026.
During this period, guests of The Sunshine Hotel & Suites are invited to enjoy full access to our nearby sister property, The Westin Grand Cayman, including its beach, swimming pool, and an extensive selection of dining venues. For added convenience, dining charges at The Westin Grand Cayman may be seamlessly billed to guest rooms at Sunshine Hotel & Suites.
