Building improvements are currently underway at Hard Rock Riviera Maya.
· The work will be carried out exclusively in Building 2, which will remain completely closed to guests.
· Working hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
· The entrances to the renovation area will be sealed off with painted barriers to prevent both visual and physical access to the construction zone.
· Noise will be largely contained within that same area, as most carpentry work is being done off-site.
· On specific days, heavy machinery will briefly enter the premises for pipe replacements in nearby areas.
· The closest building to the renovation is the SPA; however, no noise disruption is expected there.
All efforts will be made to minimize any impact to guests during this time.
- The Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya Resort is currently undergoing planned infrastructure renovations in Building 3, with work in progress from March 9 through June 7, 2026. During this period, guests may experience intermittent construction noise during peak daytime hours between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The project has been carefully designed to minimize disruption, and the resort is committed to maintaining a seamless and enjoyable guest experience throughout. All hotel amenities, services, and facilities will remain fully operational during this time. For the safety and comfort of guests, all renovation areas will be clearly marked and securely enclosed.
