Please be advised effectively from April 15th, 2026, to October 31st, 2026, the Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa will commence enhancement throughout the property. This carefully planned initiative is designed to elevate the guest experience while preserving the authentic soul, charm, and cultural richness that define this resort. Enhancement Overview Phase 1: April 15 – July 15, 2026 • 168 guest rooms in Hacienda-style buildings • Enhancements to key areas including restaurants, bars, spa, convention center, and relaxation pool Phase 2: July 16 – October 31, 2026 • 217 guest rooms • Renovation of the lobby, refined dining and bar experiences, enhanced fitness facilities, and elevated recreational areas such as the tennis court that will be turn into a pickleball court and the activities swimming pool. All dates are tentative and subject to adjustment based on project execution and operational considerations. While the resort will be undergoing enhancements, we are pleased to emphasize that the overall guest experience will not be affected. Guests will continue to enjoy a wide variety of amenities, wellness experiences, and dining options, as a selection of restaurants and bars will remain available while others are thoughtfully enhanced in phases. All work has been strategically scheduled to ensure a seamless and relaxing stay, with no guest-facing disruptions expected.
