Booking Terms & Conditions
General booking terms
- Payment in full at the time of booking by credit card only. (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).
- WestJet credit files and gift certificates are not accepted as payment.
- WestJet dollars are accepted as payment.
- Minimum 72 hours advance booking is required. In general, there are no minimum or maximum stay rules. However, some hotel properties may have a minimum stay.
- Packages are offered for booking in Canadian currency only.
- Point of origin is Canada only, with the exception of Quebec.
Changes
- Changes must be done by WestJet Vacations during business hours.
- Missed flights or unused package components are non-refundable and non-creditable.
- Changes will be accepted up until 21 days prior to departure. Changes are subject to a $75 CAD change fee + GST/HST per person plus applicable supplier rates and charges.
- Name changes are not permitted, with the exception of name corrections.
- Some suppliers do not accept changes.
- A change of property is treated as a cancellation, not as a change.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be done by WestJet Vacations during business hours.
- Cancellations outside of 21 days are subject to a $75 CAD cancellation fee + GST/HST per person, plus applicable supplier rates and charges, with the remainder of the package price refunded to the original credit card.
- Cancellations within 21 days prior to departure will result in 100% forfeit of the amount paid. Travel insurance is recommended.
